What's the difference between the Estimoto app and the CRM?

They're two separate products with separate sign-ups. The Estimoto app is the mobile estimating product. You pay per estimate written, and your rate drops with volume. Estimoto CRM is a flat monthly front-office product: customers, job pipeline, calling and texting, parts ordering, rentals, and scheduling. You can start with either one and add the other later from your dashboard.

How accurate is the dent detection?

Every panel is read by three models at once: V-JEPA, OpenCV, and Claude vision. A dedicated V-JEPA head keeps training on your technicians' confirmations until it outperforms the stock models it started from. Accuracy is measured against your own technicians, not a generic benchmark: every confirmed, removed, or missed dent feeds back into precision, recall, and panel-level error metrics, so the system gets sharper on your vehicles over time.

What do the CRM agents actually do?

Out of the box they send customer follow-up emails, track parts and report the ones running late, flag paid and overdue invoices, surface past customers who clicked your campaigns, and generate briefs of employee activity. As they watch how your shop works, they draft templates for your repeat tasks and suggest process improvements. Anything customer-facing waits for your approval before it sends.

Will my estimates actually get approved by carriers?

Estimoto tracks submitted vs. carrier-approved estimates and reports variance by carrier, vehicle, and claim. As you run real claims, those side-by-side comparisons become your evidence set, with no marketing claims and only real numbers from real jobs.

Does it replace CCC, Mitchell, or Audatex?

No. Estimoto prices off carrier PDR/hail matrices (or a custom shop matrix when none exists), then exports via CIECA-BMS or PDF into CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex for final submission. The goal is to cut estimate creation time, not replace your platform.

What about R&I, R&R, ADAS, scans, and paint labor?

Supporting operations are recommended automatically based on the damage, vehicle, and carrier rules. These include pre/post scans, ADAS calibrations, teardown, trim removal, and body and paint labor when a panel routes away from PDR. Every line item is editable before you finalize.

Can I set my own labor rates?

Yes. Body, mechanical, paint, and PDR labor rates are all configurable at the shop level, along with paint materials and tax. Estimates reflect your actual pricing.

Yes. Material type, double panels, access limitations, oversized dents, and corrosion protection are all factored in. Any adjustments show as separate line items so the math is transparent to you and the adjuster.
